  • Service providers who help us operate our business, such as payment processors and shipping carriers (e.g., USPS)
  • Marketing and analytics platforms that help us understand site performance
  • Law enforcement or regulators when required by law

How Retailer Information Is Shared

We do not sell retailer or applicant information.

Retailer information may be accessed by authorized Iconic Magazines personnel and shared only when reasonably necessary with service providers that support the operation of our retailer portal, data storage, business communications, invoicing, payment processing, accounting, shipping, delivery, or order fulfillment.

If you choose to pay through a third-party payment service, that service may collect and process payment information according to its own privacy policy. We may also disclose information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid government request.

How Long We Retain Retailer Information

Incomplete applications and applications that are not approved may be retained for up to two years from the date of submission. This allows us to maintain application records, respond to questions, prevent duplicate or fraudulent applications, and evaluate future applications.

For approved retailers, account information is retained while the wholesale account remains active. Order, invoice, payment, and related business records may be retained for up to 7 years following the retailer’s last transaction or the closure of the account for accounting, tax, contractual, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.

Information may be retained for longer when required by law or when reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, or protect the rights and security of Iconic Magazines and its customers.

After the applicable retention period, information will be deleted, securely destroyed, or de-identified when reasonably practicable.

Retailer Privacy Requests

Retailers and applicants may contact Iconic Magazines to request access to or correction of the information associated with their application or account. You may also request deletion of eligible information, although certain records may need to be retained to complete pending transactions or satisfy accounting, tax, legal, fraud-prevention, or recordkeeping obligations.

Privacy requests may be submitted through the contact information provided in the “Contact Us” section of this policy.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any newsletter, or by contacting us directly.

Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
